    64, but I wonder if the spots didn't show up after being graded (i.e. it might be graded higher).

    Really? Because I count 4 big spots in total, and three of them on the reverse.
    There are hits all over the coin, the coin isn't solely graded by how many spots it has. You mean to tell me you don't see any of these marks on the reverse. Do you want me to circle them for you?

    Also the coin you compared it to is a much better coin. That coin, from what I see has nicer color, better luster, and less marks, but not to rag on RLM's coin, as those photos of that 34-D were taken by a professional.

    Please do circle what you are seeing that I am not. I only see one bag mark on the collar and no bag marks on the reverse.

    I circled all problem areas, marks and spots.
    I'm with 99% certainty that this a MS65.
    There are more spots in addition to what I said, they are just less noticeable.
