    I guessed 66 because I don't like the unappealing gunk at the base of Jefferson's bust. That small area may also be why no star...idk.

    There is something about having the coin in hand (and even out of the slab) that is a bit more convincing than a picture.

    It astounds me that they didn't give this coin a star designation, but the grade is right.
