Apparently the market does not like hearing that if a coin has wear, it is not MS, and if a coin has been cleaned, then it is not problem-free, regardless of how rare and special the coin is. Bill Fivaz was the first to point this out to me. I think he has seen a few more coins than the both of us combined, and I trust his opinion.
