Use the info in the thread above, and the extra info below.&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>The only rules are: You CANNOT EDIT your estimate.&nbsp; If your estimate post has an edit to it, I&#039;ll just take a 50 dollar handycap from you.&nbsp; Try to NOT bias your estimate based on others estimates unless you really ARE just guessing (whick is okay.. this is for fun).&nbsp; Once an estimate is posted, a range of $25 either way is OFF LIMITS to other guessers. This is so no one guesses one dollar more than someone else.&nbsp; the one who is CLOSEST to the HIGH RANGE ESTIMATE (I&#039;m pretty sure they estimate using a range) WINS!&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>These are in wood frames with what looks like guild paint, with light spatters of red speckle on the gold (obviously done on purpouse by the framers).&nbsp; I think I said some of these things in the other post but the bronze is about 1/2 inch thick,&nbsp; they are maybe 15&quot; x 12&quot; not including frame.&nbsp; The images are of the busts, and the respective vessiles.&nbsp; They both say on front &quot;COPYRIGHT 1909 ROINE WEIL&quot; and the petina on one of them liike like someone attempted to clean it in a softball sized area in center.. long ago. It is slightly cleaned.&nbsp; No scratches at all or dings etc.&nbsp; The back has a tiny incused Q### (where ### is I think 197 on one and 198 on the other I&#039;ll have to doublecheck, they are put away).&nbsp; Give a read to what these 2 men, especially Fulton, did during their time.&nbsp; These are from the time of the Hudson tercentennial, and the fulton centennial celebration, held together in NYC for over 10 days in 1909.&nbsp; There was another celebration in 1959 I beleive.&nbsp; There is one planned in 2009 (see the other thread link above for more)</p><p><br /></p><p>Again, these are the ONLY pictures of these you will find on the entire internet. In fact the first one to find ANY pictures or refferences to these specifically will get a duplicate prize as the contest winner straight off.&nbsp;&nbsp; As far as I am able to find, these are the largest non public display bronze pieces comemmorating these men.&nbsp; I can find NO online evidence that there is even another set.. but (and heres a value clue) the Q numbers that Gorham used are known to indicate that these were NOT privately contracted one of a kind pieces.&nbsp; The best they are is 1 of 2 pairs.. likely much more though.&nbsp; Research the process used to create them during 1908.. it&#039;s interesting.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, to reiterate.. if you guess $230, you OWN $205-$255.&nbsp; If someone else guesses $170, then logically another person can guess 200 and 200 is still an available guess.. but the range is shortened.</p><p><br /></p><p>good luck!</p><p><br /></p><p>PRIZE TBA!!&nbsp; CONTEST ENDS THE 15th 9pm EST.</p><p><br /></p><p>DOUBLE BONUS..
