  1. This is a really nice mix of Barber half dollars I am sending in. All the way from the first year to last. Including some some soft struck years and a well struck part of another year. These are going in at FUN so it will be a spell until I know the results. Enjoy, and thanks for guessing!

I don't generally participate in GTGs with so many coins, but in this case, I grade them all "WANT". :) It's so terribly hard to find honest, mid-grade circulated Barbers.

Regardless of grades you get (which I'm sure will be right where you think), those are all wonderful circulated halves. You've got a great collection.

  16. Grades are in:

    • 1892- XF 45
    • 1895 O- VF 30
    • 1900 S- VF 25
    • 1908- VF 30
    • 1909- VF 25
    • 1915 D- VF35
The 00-S really surprised me. I usually shoot low, but wouldn't have thought it would get a 25. I'll take it though!

That is one fine group of Barbers. IM me for my address if you ever get bored with them.:woot:

Whoa I didn't get a single one.:shame: I'm thinking Mainebill was the closest, with 4 out of 6 correct and just 5 points off on the others. Just for interest I averaged the guesses, all are very close but the two 25's each averaged 21 so maybe a bit of a bonus there?

Edited: the 1900-S looks like a textbook 25 if you look at the coinfacts app.
