That doubling on the left bottom outside of upper loop on the second 8 seems to occur on more obverse dies than not.
Well the left side of the 1's foot is repunched 4 times the 0 has the flat spot with the two bumps or horns. The S is hard to tell as there's 1 vam I believe it to be but the S isn't correct. I'll just wait till it's in hand . This one should be fairly easy to vam....but it's not .
