I say its top is 58 but I could see Ngc giving it a 61

I knew it be a MS 63 as I have two 1883 Liberty nickels, both a variety and both graded by NGC. Both of mine I guessed in hand would grade a 64/65 . NGC grades nickels in general a grade less than PCGS by my experience using both services .

 

I'm too late, but I would have said 64. I love the color, too!
