This seems to be an uncirculated coin. I assume MS62 with nice color but Otherwise some destracting Marks.....Nice coin btw.......
It's a little difficult for me to tell conclusively from photos, but the reverse rim appears as though it may have been filed between 9:00 & 10:00.
I think it has a good chance at 63, the mark on the chin may keep it down at 62. The $10 libs are approaching my favorite current coin by the way. Something about them I really like. Can get close to top pop examples for very reasonable prices compared to other series it seems and tough to beat nice sized gold coins especially with nice luster.
If it's raw I would pay AU bid on it. It might be MS , but the obv is banged up, and looks like some rubs on top of the eagles wings on rev.
