I'd say MS63, but would not be surprised by MS64. As for how the toning affects the value: not much. It'll attract some attention but turn off an equal number of people, and it's not what you'd call a "monster." I'd say the toning is basically a neutral to slight positive on this coin overall.
63 for me, i think the angulated photo is making this an optical contusion.The toning doesnt cover enough real estate for a premium imo
For this date and MM, I'd be surprised if it went higher than a 63. Fields look a little cloudy too, like it's seen a dip. Toning is nice, but not spectacular, so I wouldn't pay a huge premium for it.
Woohoo!! As for overpaying, if you paid the $65 marked on the sticker, you can't have overpaid by much. $65 is just short of what the PCGS price guide says.
