    I had to look that up. Full Step Nickel Club.
    There is a dealer that sells at local shows. He used this method. I always thought the 5.5 was a thing. I have been seeing it for at least 10 years.

    Sorry I missed this one. I would have given a technical grade of 63 not FS due to the hit on bottom step on the reverse. Market grade of 64 due to the really nice luster and the forgiveness of the planchet marks that did not get fully struck out.
