Really rich luster, creamy, looks edible. Unfortunate little gouges on obverse nose, neck, a bit in the hair, little something going on with "IN", and I can't get a good read on the reverse... 64 on eye appeal/luster? Should probably agree with the above 63s as I've seen some very nice NGC graded Morgans at 63...
It's very frosty. Some of those marks could be hidden more so in hand. The lighting may just be exposing them more dramatically. Problem with 22 and 23 peace dollars, I have seen 63s in 65 slabs, and 65s in 63 slabs. I'm calling this one in the middle at 64.
