    These are weirder ones for me to grade. I am thinking a 65+.

    Certainly not a pro; only recently started reading and learning about classic commemorative series.

    I believe this is PCGS MS65.

    These are always a different kind of coin to grade. OP, I would not take offense to those who guessed less than 65, its a good 65, which is why I guessed a +.

    Just curious what the curved raised area through the TA and eagles wing?
    A clash?
