MS 62+ ....this date doesn't seem to be graded like the 80-82-S....the hits aren't numerous enough for a 62 but there are a few too many for a 63 (in my opinion)

I agree with MS-64 Just a few to many bag marks.

 

That's the thing with holders . Hard to tell what is the coin and what's the surface of holder .
