Since UNC Details is not an option, I voted 64. The major scuffing on the cheek almost pushes it to 63.
The flat pastel coloring in the first picture looked unnatural. It looked better in the second obverse pic
This one graded MS 64 Star and has a CAC sticker. That's the same grade I would give the coin. However, based on the standards I'm seeing nowadays, I'd grade it 65. There is chatter around the cheek but it's actually less than I've seen on quite a few toned 64s. The fields are also quite clean. See video here: https://www.instagram.com/p/B1NSw-KAP8u/ The star is also deserved based on the nice toning (the untoned part will be distracting for some, but I find it interesting; and it's certainly not enough to negate the star). The special feature that I hinted in the first post was that this coin came from the Binion Collection. It's nothing huge, but one doesn't see a ton of nice toners from the Binion hoard (other hoards are more known for toned Morgans).
