    Nice pickup! The ebay image certainly didn't help the seller. This should go into the I gambled on a bad picture and won thread.

    So NGC saw the rub as slight circulation wear. I've seen Morgans like this go either way but I'm guessing since it's a '79-s it's held to a higher standard. Well played.
