I'm still seeing what I think I saw in the places I mentioned, but I'm still not sure what it is. I even saw what might be some more hairlines, but those were even more subtle and could be color variations. (Check right in front of Lincoln's nose, for instance.)

Have you looked at it under 10x with good light? Whatever I'm seeing, I'm more convinced it's a real... something, but I can't tell if it's hairlines, scratches on the plastic, or tiny die imperfections. I might tend to weight die imperfections lower though just because a lot of what I see is in the fields, and the sandblasting process to produce the matte surface should effectively eliminate anything like that.

You are guessing on your own coin?

Crack it out, you can't lose on that one.

A couple questions looking scratches on the obverse, left. It's one heck of a coin IMO. I'd crack and submit to a real TPG.

Folks are always telling me I'm a bit different. It's more fun that way. My son just calls me crazy.

I'll probably just crack it and see where it lands.

Sorry, but I agree with your son.

I see some scratches, but no large number in the same direction as I would expect with harsh cleaning. Sorry, gotta wipe away my drool now.

I agree with badthad on this one - crack it and submit it.

I was concerned about the color as well. I would have given it a 64 though.
