    I'll let the owner of the coin comment about the review then I'll explain the discussion at the TPGS. The important thing is to get it right the first time or after a review.

    Here are some things to consider:

    A coin's strike is part of its grade. A weakly struck coin has less value to most collectors than a weakly struck or flat struck coin. TPGS, claim to value a coin with the grade on the label. TPGS's do not grade coins "technically." The coin we are discussing has some original mint luster. Its "actual" and 'true" condition of preservation is different from its "market value" condition.
