Jeez, what a deep year/MM! Even if I'm completely wrong this has been very educational and I'll probably never look at one the same again.

MS-66 NGC Fatty. Not attributed OMM-005. Sweet Buffalo. I love those golded toned '38-D's as well.

 

So, this was a no brainer.

All the markers say it is a D/D east. wrpm-006
Questionable FS-515 because of placement.

 

I would love for it to be an OMM fs 515, but I cant find evidence of the S unless it's a stage 3 and the s is completely gone, the placement and shape of the MM are a match.

I believe that it's the 005
