Please guess the grade of this new acquisition. Also, if you see anything unusual, please feel free to point it out. Thanks in advance. No poll—specifics on this one please.

Thanks. It is a very lively coin. Not accented hair, though.

No triple die obverse that year. Only double and quad in PCGS holders.

PR 68 ...no visible distractions...I briefly thought it might be accented hair, but it is not upon further inspection

So its not a proof?PCGS has it only for the 1964 D so does that mean this is business strike and the mm is a Grease filled die e.t.c.

I'm seeing doubling on the outline and the lettering but I don't know this series well so I'm not sure what it is, as for the grade I'm going MS67, that is the most pristine coin I have seen in a while.
It's not accented hair but there does seem to be something fishy going on with it, can't quite place it tho... Interested to see what everyone else has to say.

That does appear to be a DDO in the enlarged pic :D

PR MS69. I don't see a DDO in that picture.

Okay, @ldhair got very close. He got the DDO FS-101 correct. As far as the grade goes, even PCGS did not get it correct. No way this is only a PR 66! They must have seen the DDO, and forgot about the grade. I would have gone 67 to possibly a low 68.

  21. I have a similar one that I also got a PR66 grade on
