Nice, I have some proof 57's 58's and a 62 and I don't think the lower bell rings are as crisp as this one..

I think I'm a terrible picture taker. Every GTG I post everyone is low. I'll give one hint. It's MS.

Ah! Second chance. How about MS-62?

Count me in at a 62 as well.

The reverse looks MS64-65, but the obverse is a little rough, especially the shoulder. I am going MS63+.

Honestly, based on those photos, this coin has no shot at FBL or a gem grade, I have no idea why someone would bother submitting this coin for grading.

  17. I would have also given it an MS62 (no FBL). The hits on the obverse are too extensive to grade any higher.
Was it bought on Heritage? The only excuse that I can think of for this coin’s 64FBL was that it was part of a ‘friendly’ bulk submission.
On a very off day, I could see PCGS giving this an FBL, but unless the OP deliberately chose the worst photo to highlight the bell lines, neither the lower nor upper set of bell lines is full - even factoring for the leniency allowed near the bell crack.
Based on the photo of the reverse, this coin does not meet NGC standards for FBL.

If that's a 64 then mine which is a 64 should be a 66 at least. Too many hits.

Actually, this was an eBay buy. Not sure if their better pictures change your minds. 63Obverse.PNG 63Reverse.PNG

    I like 62 also.

But seems like lots of scratches ....... ???
  21. Thanks for the additional photos. I’m still sticking with my opinion that this is an MS62 coin.
Also, with those milk spots, it looks like it was pulled from a mint set.
