I'm at 66 with beautiful toning.

 

It's impossible to grade proofs from photos, but I am going to say PR65 because this level of toning will often subdue the mirrors. Crazy cool colors though!

 

I will go with 67 too

Thanks. I try and snag up ones with nice toning unless they are priced too high for my liking. eBay has a similar like this but it's RB and over $500.
