Eye appeal and luster are absolutely fantastic on that coin, of course. However, there is absolutely no possible way that coin should be a 67. I voted 65*. Even neglecting the planchet roughness (which I refuse to accept on a 67, even accounting for the lax approach the TPGs take), there is still an enormous gash on his cheekbone and another on the temple. Those two marks automatically limit the grade, despite how beautiful the rest of the coin is. Sorry lehigh, I'm going to have to strongly disagree on the grade of this one. But yeah, I definitely think it deserves a Star.
