    And the result:

    I compared this coin with many other MS-64s, 65s, and 66s in the dealer’s case, and this contended well with the 65s. The marks on the cheekbone are limiting to 65 IMO. But it is definitely comparatively better than a 64.

    I really love the luster on Washington quarters... :)

    The hit on the cheek I believe is what cinched it for them. The other marks are just luster marks. Personally, I'd have overlooked it. But then, I'm not a highly skilled and highly paid professional grader. :)
