    Not sure how hard a scuff like that above the 9 effects a lincoln grade

    The marks above the date make it a 65 to me but maybe the luster took it to 66.

    Some little spots and a good size nick kept it at a 65 despite the luster.

    Lustre, is what I thought gave it the extra bump.

    That's a killer coin, frosty fields, almost cameo contrast on the obverse.
