How can we guess the grade on a raw coin?

Are we supposed to guess your grade?

It's rusted, heavily scratched/gouged and has very obviously been replated.
    GTG? Don't make me laugh.

Did you genuinely believe this was an error? It looks like someone took a knife and tried to cut the coin in half.

Why does the Op post stuff without any comments of his own?

It also looks like one of those replated steel cents I see on ebay. Those gouges also kill the coin. The rust spot does not help either. My guess is no grade from TPGS.

Here's what a replated 1943 cent looks like. Those gouges could be from the clippers while hold the coin while being plated.

The 1943 steel cents planchets were cut from a strip of steel that had already been zinc plated. An original 1943 cent should show no sign of the edge having been plated.
A reprocessed/replated 1943 cent will have plating on the edge.
The OPs coin is only worth one cent.
