GTG - 1943-s Steel Penny - NGC - No its not a DDO :)

    It tells me that we are guessing from images. Trying to judge the luster is not easy.

    my last 67 was ngc and cac, that one is nicer.

    My aspiration of a 67+ CAC steel cent is 1:full strike, 2:no blemishes, 3:almost no abrasion, 4:great luster and eye appeal. This coin is not fully struck. Should be a 66 at best.
