Here is a 1938 Walking Liberty Half Dollar I picked up recently. I really liked it for the color as well as a few other reasons. Let's see what you all think of her. I have a GTG going on another forum and figured why not post it here as well. :)

    64+ but wouldn't be shocked at a 65, reverse looks 66.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

Walkers are hard to grade consistently, and they are hard to grade from photographs. The TPGs are more inconsistent with these than almost any other series.

I'm going to guess 65, but I would not be surprised with a point up or down.

    I'll go MS 63
(and hope that I didn't incorrectly second guess myself out of calling it an AU 58).

    Either way, a pleasing coin!

And it's reveal time. This Walker is in an early PCGS Rattler, it was graded just after the transition to the green label from the white label. The toning in the images do make it appear as if it's an AU coin, but I assure you, the luster is "all there". I had no doubts about this coin when I was placing my bid on it and knew I had to have it. It is in my opinion under graded by at least a point and a half to two points by todays standards.
