You'll have to check it out carefully but it might be a a good candidate for CAC. It would look great to have the green bean on it, don't you think? Be sensible and don't let the thought go to your head.
I saw what you're talking about, but I took it as a strike issue, and not wear. Those areas are the high points on the TX, and therefore could be subject to a less than full strike, where the planchet isn't fully hit by the die, leaving the non-lustrous planchet surface. This is seen a lot on the BTW's, such as this one (look at the cheek), and usually is mistaken for wear or circulation hits -
