You still have focus issues, but yes, the second set is better. Proofs are hard to photo, though, so keep working on it. Because of the spotting on the reverse, I'm going to top out at 65.
Well.... There could be rebasining of the coin, which would show in the fields. You could also have polishing of the devices. This was common on proof coins of this era, and is described in Tomaska's book on the subject. This isn't a proof, but a PL... shows plenty of die polish on the bust.
