I'm at 66, not FS. The midsection of the steps hurts these every time. That's the area they want to see going through, like the middle band on the Mercury torch. They don't care about the ends.
I was between 66 and 67...being quite mark-free, I gave it the bump up to 67...the steps look broken, especially between the 2nd and 3rd pillar; to me that prevents even 5fs (so no full steps)
Given the date/mm I think with the strictness of grading those , it got MS 66+ and too many interruptions to get FS
MS-67 5FS ~ Seems like a lot of 38 steps are rough in the 3rd pillar area. Overall they look good and I’ll say they get the designation.
