Wow, a lot of guesses at 64. In hand it looks very nice. It is a later die state. As far as being an RPM, I can't see any evidence of it under magnification. Here's the reveal. NGC no line fatty MS-66.
I'm pretty stingy as well. I see a lot of coins in slabs that I pass on. It has to have a certain look for me to want to take it home. This one is staying in my collection. Most of what I buy is to turn around and sell. But the gold tone on this is just amazing. It looks gold plated, it's that rich and buttery in color.
