    MS 63...the hits on the face are slightly distracting, but it is still a nice coin.
    This one is on my want list as well...I recently was an underbidder on one of these in a doily PCGS holder.

    The hits are over exaggerated in the photo especially on the reverse....fwiw

    Never honestly tried one of these before. Reminds me of the 1937-1938 Australian Crowns - the King seems a magnet for micrometeor impacts. With that focus on the face in mind, I have this one at 63.

    I suppose it's possible that Mr. Foster had suffered from severe acne as a child and was accurately depicted on the coin.

    Agreed. Makes the coin more like a commemorative medal than an official issue. I could see myself owning one of these.

    It might sound self-serving but I thought 64 and THEN saw the grade. Those are pretty easy to grade.
