GTG 1936 Wisconsin

    I'm originally from Wisconsin, and I picked this up at an auction. I don't particularly like the coin, but the price was right.

    I can't read the photos the coin is washed out. Try less lighting.

    I am with you OP. I am from Iowa, and next to the fugly Iowa coin, I always thought the Wisconsin was also incredibly bad. I own an Iowa one due to where I came from, but never liked it. Something happened in the late 30's one, and commemoratives that used to be nice turned horrible. Its like Congress got involved in laying them out instead of artists....

    When I was looking at this on the auction site, it was listed as MS65 but they a picture of the slab that said MS66, and that is what showed up.
