    Looks like the hits prevailed over the luster in this case (probably fair)

    Took the words out of my mouth. Great looking coin, but a bit baggy. A nice choice for a difficult date in the Peace Dollar series. Very strong luster and good strike for that date, which are often mediocre.

    Saw the reveal before I could answer, but I was with 62 up to the reveal. I know that PCGS grades harshly on focal points and this coin just has too many hits going on in those areas.
