    I'll say 63. The luster seems a little subdued.

    It actually depends on when it was graded. When I started out as a dealer in the mid 1990s, you could find coins like this with minor marks in MS-64 holders. With grade-flatiron, they have become MS-65s.

    You have a very nice coin regardless of the grade assigned. It is interesting to note that design elements from the Maryland commemorative were taken the colonial Lord Baltimore coinage which the Maryland proprietors issued in the mid 1600s. Here is a Lord Baltimore six pence.
