GTG: 1928 Peace Dollar (PCGS)

    Finally got the last coin for a complete Peace Dollar set. Really happy with this one:

    Nice looking coin, but the wear on the highest points (hair under tiara and eagles right shoulder) says AU 55 to me

    AU 58. Close to MS, but no cigar. Light rub in the usual high spots. Attractive coin. Congratulations on the complete set.

    Congrats on completing your set! I'm going to say AU55 but I'm terrible when it comes to grading this series.

    Thanks for playing. I have always found it very difficult to grade Peace Dollars. I thought she looked a tad nicer than the slab.

    Nice set. I am awful at grading Peace dollars also, just glad I was somewhere in the ballpark.
