I just noticed did it really straight grade with all those rim dings and hits?

I voted 65+ just misses 66 due to the left side of the obverse.

    I voted 64. But I bet it's in a PCGS Rattler 63. I really like it! ;)

Looks like a solid 64 to me. Were it not for the hits in the obverse left fields, I would say a 66. The rest of the coin is quite clean.

You really almost nailed this one to the wall. I bought this from a coin show last week and thought that it was solid MS65, didn't see the rim dings till I got home.

I went 64. This also looks to be a much better than average strike for a peace dollar. Nice one.

This illustrates the risk of trying to grade from images. To me, the original pictures were of a MS-65 coin. But then...look at those hits on the chin on the slab picture! From that picture, I'm not sure I even like it a 64.

Pretty girl. Likewise, I didn't see the cuts on the chin when I voted 65. Now I think you lucked out when you got 64...
