Yeah she came to me at a price I couldn't say no to :D
and while I won't give exact details she is a Vam3?? "Scribbles and scratches" there are about 100 vam 3 varities all together so many they have a list of their own. From what I've found about the "VAM 3" they had a newbie doing the die polishing and he apparently took many attempts to get it right :D :D :D
All that being said discount what apparent "scratches" you see. She is not a "Details" coin :D

Disregarding the die polish lines she’s a technical gem. I’ll also go MS64PL on a market grade.

They probably gave it "PL", but I'm not sure that I would.

They’ll punish the market grade for die polish lines, I’ve seen it.

Yeah she's for the PL date set and surprisingly hard to come by in any PL grade.

I was going to guess MS 63 (but without the PL)....nice coin!
