    VG10. At that level of wear I don't think the scratch needs to be called out. It would have to be on a VF coin.

    Without the scratch I'd say VG10, but with the scratch accounted for I'll guess they called it a VG08.

    Using Photograde, this does not even meet the requirements for VG 8. However, I think this probably got a F-15 or something, otherwise why would OP ask us to GTG?

    If you look on eBay you'll see a 21-D with a horrific rim bump that received a straight grade. I just don't know anymore...
