I'll guess 62PL. Though I wouldn't argue with a 63 on the holder and maybe it missed the PL designation. Nice coin.
Now a word from our sponsor- Miller➡Get a buzz 4 cheap !! (That should totally be their slogan) Reveal will be issued @ 01800 hours (Thats Millertary time)
I'm either gonna look like a grading genius or an idiot. I see a lot of marks. Too many for BU, but hey, I took a stab at it.
Not to give it away or anything, no mattter how many marks you STILL hafta find wear on the coin to call it circulated. I know that you know that i know that you know that BUT ill throw it out there anyhow. BTW, they do grade '21s differently than a regular Morgan. They are more lenient when it comes to hits and such, they are supposed to be more lenient on PL/Dmpl as well. In other words: dont be surprised if this goes MS64+ * Cameo PL im drained
You're not an idiot. I can't understand why this Morgan should be a 63 or 63+ ... have a close look at Madame Liberty: I see an MS62. PL? Maybe... maybe not.
Yes they do grade the 21's more different. Also the 21's are much different strike than other Morgan dollars, I think.
This one was hard to get a handle on . One reason is the difference between the camera eye and the specimen in hand views. No matter what I think Heavycam.monstervam got a winner here.....
Now it looks like a 63. You should have posted this picture too... it really shows the luster and the marks on Liberty's face are less prominent.
Let's review what we have learned ........ #1 never fight a gorilla war in Asia! #2 never go up against a Sicilian ! #3 never trust heavycam.monstervam on a 21 D
