This 1921-D Morgan dollar was graded by ICG. I find it difficult to see the D mint mark. What grade would you give it? 1921-D ICG.jpg

I'll guess MS 66. I've seen a few like this where the image (and probably the in-hand look) isn't super appealing but the coin gets a high grade. It very well could have nice luster and a lack of hits.

66 also nice coin not the best one I've seen but the high grade and possibe nice luster and lack of marks helps it hold solid.

AU and it looks cleaned to me. I can't see the detail that others seem to be seeing.

I am confused as well. I see a washed out coin. Either the photo is hard to read or it looks dipped.

I don't see a mint state coin, I see an AU, but since my only choices are MS grades, I will go with MS65 since it is pretty clean.

I think it's a XF coin but they probably gave it a 65.

Can't tell squat from that photo. Fortunately they don't grade from images . . . .

It is a circulated coin. ICG? Say no more.

I agree it's pretty mark-free, and i think the photography leaves something to be desired, so I'm in at

    66

I would have some serious questions about that coin. Could just be the photo however

Seem to have good detail… I voted ms64 but would expect AU OR Unc details from the photos

Okay, the answer is ... MS65. Here's the ICG holder with the 1921-D. 1921-D MS65 in ICG holder.jpg
