Why would you think it isn't authentic? 1924 has one of the higher mintages. Looks authentic to me. Does look cleaned too.
That's usually the way I start looking at a circulated coin. Authentic? Cleaned? Grade? Eye appeal? Price? So how would you grade it?
Gotcha. As far as grade....I only one of these coins myself, and I got it from the 10 for $8 world coin bin haha. I don't know enough to really put a number on yours. For what it's worth, I like it
I don’t see anything dodgy about it, and would agree with your XF details. It’s worth melt plus a few bucks.
I agree with XF... NGC Retail value is $15, and looking through EBay, the going price of similar coins is around $10-$12.
