I've been wanting to try one of these and i just recieved this coin today and thought it would make for a good gtg coin. The 1916 wheat is one of my favorite coins to collect in MS for its strong details due to the redesign of the master hub obverse, giving more details to lincoln's hair. Unlike a lot of collectors, i favor the strong strike, and grainy surfaces of early wheat cents from 1909 to 1919.

I will post the answer tomorrow after the superbowl, if i havent had too much "sauce" that is. Good luck. (Sorry im not the best photographer, so that should make it all that more of a challenge lol.)

MS66 - For me it's kind of a shot in the dark on something like this but it sure is pretty:wideyed:.

65bn all day long. The 1916 I have is also a awesome struck grainy example with superb detail. Very nice coin.

PCGS might grade this MS63BN ... but I wonder if NGC graded this MS64BN

I've seen toned Lincoln's with the RB designation, not that I would call this one RB, but still, not out of the realm of possibility I suppose. I would however call into question his guess of ms67, if this coin is graded a 67, I will eat my shorts!
