    To me it is Obverse F 12, Reverse VG 8 as stated above already.

    It is my experience the more desirable a coin, the more lenient the TPG's are with the grade.

    Not surprised. And the obverse is F-12. It was stated earlier in the thread that key dates get a little rhythm and flexibility on grading.
    Nice coin. I've never had a 14-D.
