    Won this on eBay for the circ buffalo nickel set I'm starting. I thought it was probably a VF-20 or so. Not slabbed. What do you think?

    Those pictures are so small I cannot make out the date let alone the grade

    This. Notice the pitting across the surface of both the obverse and reverse?

    They may be the single most difficult US issue to grade. I won't attempt one. :)

    They certainly are tough to grade. I have a long way to go myself. Especially in the AU to UNC range. Ouch.. That can be tough.
