Remember, gold is a lot tougher to grade than silver, Nickel or copper coins. Then you're doing it from a photo.
Not my coin. I just see no wear. The coin looks MS to me. The coin often has weak strikes.

Gold is indeed a tricky nut.
It depends on how drunk the graders get.
