    Not my specialty, but I like it! I can see what @ToughCOINS is seeing. The first picture makes it looked cleaned to me. BUT I know sometimes harsh lighting can also do that, so I am going to guess it straight graded MS63. I am terrible at grading coins that I do not focus on though, for what it's worth! lol

    The areas around the devices do look kinda weird, especially in the overexposed reverse shot.

    Good eye @ToughCOINS I received it back and was surprised by the Alt Surface details. I did not notice it at first but you did!

    I wonder if it was puttied? You can see the white haze on most of the surfaces, with the natural luster still remaining around the raised areas.

    Surfaces look a little hazy to me, particularly the reverse fields.
