    I don't see any wear, and the luster & color looks very good. There are some hairlines on the obverse but I don't think they put it in a GENUINE holder but I do think they kept it out of a gem grade holder. I say MS64.

    The dealer I bought it from and I thought it could go 64, but ill take 63.

    Ya know, there is a mark on the neck on the slab shot that doesn't really show up on your closeup photos. That might be the reason for the MS63 grade.
