    It is an attractive coin. The luster appears bright (I know it is proof, but the coin still has a lustrous quality). I am concerned about the green spots on the obverse and reverse. How long have you owned it, and have they changed over the years?

    I'm good with 63. It would probably get a 64 if I sent it in today but it's not worth the cost.
