    I'm a total novice at grading, but aren't those light scratches all running the same direction on the obverse (and to a lesser extent, the reverse) a telltale sign of cleaning? If so, my vote goes to AU-DET.

    Looks cleaned, but is retoning nicely.
    AU Details was my vote as well.

    1) it's not a problem coin :)

    It's hard to tell with that pic, but it doesn't look like cleaning since the lines are isolated. Probably bagmarks or just regular abuse.

    I'd go with AU55 but it's always hard to tell strike vs. wear in pics. Could even be XF but I doubt it.
